Welcome to 2015 spring at The First Tee of West Michigan!  

  • If you are new to The First Tee, your child must enter at the PLAYer level.  
  • Progression through five levels of programming is determined by a variety of factors, listed here ----> ADVANCEMENTQUALIFICATIONS .

We carry programs at five courses in the Grand Rapids area, and one course in Muskegon.  For programming options in Muskegon, click here

Students in the first and second level (PLAYer and Par) can attend classes in Grand Rapids at 3 area courses: 

  • Maple Hill (SW Grand Rapids)
  • Fellowship Greens (SE Grand Rapids)
  • The Highlands (NW Grand Rapids).  Our schedule is below. 


As students advance to the Birdie and Eagle Levels (third and fourth level of programs), they will attend class at Cascade Hills CC and Kent CC.

Session fees:

  • $60 for a six-class session. 
  • $5 for a six-class session if your child is on free or reduced price lunch at school. 
  • NEW OPTION! For $150, your child is eligible for every offering of The First Tee in 2015 (spring, summer, fall, and winter). This will save you $30 if your child attends all three sessions. 


  • 2 siblings pay $100 per six class session
  • 3 siblings sign up for $120 per six-class session. 
  • NEW OPTION! 2 siblings pay $250 for the entire season (spring, summer, and fall)
  • NEW OPTION! 3 siblings pay $300 for the entire season (spring, summer, and fall)
